Phelps faces court date today on DUI charge
Daily Times reports; Michael Phelps, scheduled to enroll at the University of Michigan for classes this January, could possibly find himself jailed for a year or more on a drunken driving conviction. Maryland State Police cited Phelps on Nov. 4 with four traffic violations, charges the Olympic gold medalist from Towson faces today in state District Court here.
